By accessing or using any service provided by Usiri Group — including Usiri Transportation of Parcels, Usiri Cargo, Usiri Car Rental, Usiri Bus Ticketing, and Usiri Foundation — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Our Services

Usiri Group provides the following services:

• Usiri Transportation of Parcels — Door-to-door parcel and package delivery across Tanzania.
• Usiri Cargo — Bulk freight and logistics services for businesses.
• Usiri Car Rental — Short and long-term vehicle hire with flexible options.
• Usiri Bus Ticketing — Bus ticket booking, route guidance, and travel support.
• Usiri Foundation — Community outreach, donation, and volunteer programmes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or booking
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Not use our platform to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

4. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Usiri Group.
• Prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be completed in full before a booking is confirmed.
• We use secure third-party payment processors. Usiri Group does not store your card details.
• Receipts and booking confirmations will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by service. Please review the specific terms at the time of booking.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled service date.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Usiri Group website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images — is the property of Usiri Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Usiri Group shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from service interruptions, errors, or unauthorized access
• Actions of third-party service providers

Our total liability in any matter related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
